Thank you for considering our services for your website design and development needs. Before we proceed, please read the following Terms of Service carefully. By agreeing to these terms, you are entering into a legally binding agreement with us.

1. Scope of Services We will provide website design and development services as outlined in our proposal and/or agreement with you. Any additional services beyond the scope of the agreement will require a separate agreement.
2. Payment Terms We require a deposit of 50% of the total project cost upfront, with the remaining balance due upon completion of the project. Payment must be made in full before the website is launched. We accept payment by bank transfer, credit card, or stripe.
3. Delays and Cancellations If you request changes to the project scope or fail to provide us with necessary materials, the project may be delayed. If the delay exceeds 30 days, we reserve the right to terminate the project and retain the deposit. If you cancel the project before completion, the deposit is non-refundable.
4. Intellectual Property Rights All website design and development work we create for you is the property of your company upon final payment. Any third-party materials used in the website design and development, such as stock images or software licenses, remain the property of their respective owners.
5. Warranty and Liability We will provide a warranty period of 30 days following the launch of the website during which we will fix any bugs or errors caused by our work. We are not responsible for any damages or losses resulting from the use of the website, including but not limited to lost profits, business interruption, or data loss.
6. Confidentiality We will keep all project-related information confidential and will not disclose it to any third party without your written consent.
7. Governing Law These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the state or country in which we are based.
8. Termination Either party may terminate this agreement at any time by giving written notice to the other party. Upon termination, any outstanding fees must be paid within 30 days.
